KASRA FOROUTAN
My career so far

Following the completion of my high school education, I pursued a degree in Environmental Design at OCADU, where I acquired a comprehensive understanding of the foundational principles governing space and environmental design. These principles are universally applicable across various professions such as architecture, interior design, and urban planning. As a trained designer, my approach to any project is anchored in the thoughtful consideration of functionality, purpose, and user experience.

In addition to my formal education, I immersed myself in various facets of the Toronto construction industry to enhance my knowledge of technical construction details and space creation. I garnered practical experience in HVAC, Concrete/Interlocking, and even managed construction sites under senior management supervision. These diverse experiences have provided me with valuable insights into Toronto's construction industry, enriching my perspective as a designer.

Post-graduation, my keen interest in architectural visualization has led me to invest substantial time honing my skills in this field. Leveraging Unreal Engine, I can adeptly transform basic models from platforms like Revit, Sketchup, and 3DsMax into high-quality, realistic renderings. This proficiency proves particularly beneficial in conveying design concepts to clients who may find traditional orthographic and 2D drawings challenging to interpret.
